
THE ASK
7-Eleven x Speedway had the opportunity to activate at the first ever Fanatics Fest, a convention for sport fans to meet sport pros. At the activation 7-Eleven x Speedway wanted a brand they shared, Slurpee, to promote a sweepstakes that would allow select winners to fly free to next year’s Fanatics Fest. Plus receive perks like free merch, front row seats to panels, and a round trip for the winner and a friend.
For the activation Slurpee gave away free samples from a food truck, promoted the sweepstakes in the convections art area, reserved Slurpee VIP seating for panels, and submitted an animated promotional video.
I was asked to establish the overall look and feel for the Slurpee activation including print signage to go on the truck, a banner, and two a-frames. I also designed floor graphics, a VIP seat cover, and storyboards for an animation.
